Terry Tang Wins 'Best in Show' at Cake International London 2012

Terry entered his piece in the Decorative Exhibit category and created a 3ft high showpiece named 'Dreams' that had everyone in awe of his work.
Based on his tattoo's, it featured a fighting tiger and dragon, with a traditional Chinese fisherman sat on a stepping stone.

He was awarded 'Gold' by the judges, and later was awarded 'Best in Category' at the awards ceremony. To top it all off, Terry was then given the top award of
'Best in Show' beating over 250 other entries from competitors around the world.

The judges said that Terry could of won Gold based on the detail on the fisherman figure alone!
