As seen on Sky One's 'Greatest Little Britons'

We are really excited to announce that we will be featuring in Sky One's new series 'Greatest Little Britons'. Airing this Thursday, the series is 'six one-off documentaries, taking a peek at some of the nation’s most dedicated perfectionists.'
We feature in the first episode billed by Sky One as 'The crème de la crème of determined, surprising and lovable cake decorators come together as they prepare for the highlight of the competitive cake decorating calendar, the annual Cake International - the biggest convention in Europe.'

In 2011, just after we were awarded Celebration Cake Maker of the Year for the third time, we were approached by Superhero TV on behalf of Sky One and we were asked to take part in a new show about cake decorating. As the show would be all about the world of competitive cake decorating, they were looking for people who they could follow throughout the competition, who would be likely to win. We were told that when they were doing their research about who the best cake decorators in the UK are, our name kept coming up!

They followed us and a few others, as we entered one of the largest cake competitions going… Cake International. You will get to see what really goes into competitive cake decorating, all the planning, effort, time, and stress, along with the emotions (especially from Carol!) that actually goes into the pieces. Terry and Leanne both entered different categories, so their aim is to win ‘Gold’ and ‘Best in Category’, and of course the overall ‘Best in Show’.

It’s been so exciting for us reading all the write up’s in different articles in TV magazines and online, and being described as;
“the nation’s most dedicated perfectionists”, “The crème de la crème of determined, surprising and lovable cake decorators “ and “those who strive for excellence”.

The show was aired on Thursday 4th July at 9pm on Sky One.
